It is nice when a contractor responds to an initial inquiry promptly, and not only shows up on time, and does high-quality work, but calls before he comes to confirm. Afonso and Justin were FABULOUS! They are knowledgable, personable, and went right to work in somewhat less than desirable weather. The job entailed assembling and installing an elaborate outdoor handrail in concrete steps.
