iFixit General Contractor Services originated from a family-owned and operated handyman business. We solve home and office repair and improvement needs. 

We renovated flooded basements and damaged decks and siding from Hurricane Sandy. We helped apartment dwellers by fixing holes in their walls, mounting TVs, and painting their spaces to feel like home. We repaired and improved electrical problems in pre-war buildings and made old units look new by adding new flooring and trim. We helped startups like Uber and Outbrain build empty buildings into modern offices. We maintained corporate apartments, built custom cabinetry for office kitchens, repaired and reorganized cubicles, and assisted with setting up IT equipment and printers. We built custom display cabinets for cosmetic salons. Most importantly, we ensured our teammates were appropriately caffeinated by keeping the computerized espresso machine fully operational.

In 2016, we expanded into Bucks and Montgomery counties to help homeowners meet the increasing need to replace garbage disposers, paint their homes inside and out, re-do their kitchens, install new flooring, create outdoor spaces by constructing new decks, restore worn hardwood floors to their former glory, install electric vehicle chargers, and much more.
